AI inside the system, not in charge of it.

The model works inside steps your application defines. The application ships like the rest of your software. Every run carries its own identity and leaves a record.

Bounded execution

You decide the steps. The model works inside them.

An agent is a model calling tools in a loop until it decides it is done. In MechaMental that loop is one step, with a round limit you set. Stages run in order, steps run in sequence or side by side as their dependencies allow, and a model's answer can choose a path only among the paths the pipeline defines.

Call it agentic if you like. We call it a pipeline, because that is what you can run in production and explain afterwards.

Shipped like software

Change it the way you change software.

A pipeline is not a prompt someone edits in production. It is committed, released, promoted through your environments and rolled back, like the rest of your software.

Releases

  2. v1.3.9
  3. v1.4.0

  • Stagingv1.4.0Latest
  • Productionv1.3.9BehindPromote v1.4.0: awaiting approval

Any earlier release is one rollback away.

Which release each environment runs, and which one is behind.
  • Every change is a commit. A release is an immutable snapshot of the app.
  • Promote a release from one environment to the next, with the approvals each one requires.
  • See which release each environment runs, and which one is behind. Roll back to any earlier release.
  • One pipeline in every environment, each with its own namespaces and volumes. Production data stays in production.
  • Dry-run any step on its own before it reaches production.

Identity and provenance

Every run has an identity and a record.

Every resource lives inside the level that owns it, and every organization-wide rule reaches into the run.

Click any box to see what lives there and what it connects to.

An organization contains workspaces. A workspace owns its members, tools, event bus, environments and volumes, and contains apps. An app is released to environments, owns its pipelines, endpoints and executions, and contains namespaces, a copy in each environment, where threads, memory, namespace-scoped connections, secrets and parameters, and files live. A namespace's files are kept in its app's own files volume, one folder per namespace. The event bus triggers endpoints, local models are reached through Bridges, and Bridges, runners and the model catalog are entitled to environments. Executions run inside a namespace and read and write the workspace's collections, the AI databases. • Every run acts under a scoped identity. Agents reach only what they are authorized to reach.
  • A full record: what ran, what it touched, what it was shown, and what it decided.
  • Redaction in both directions, before anything reaches a model provider.
  • Private systems through an outbound-only Bridge, and code on runners you operate.

Built for Europe

EU data residency

Frankfurt today. Nothing leaves EU jurisdiction.

Your identity provider

SSO, SCIM and multi-factor. Access follows your directory.

A record of everything

Every run, model call and data access, kept as long as you decide.

How it fits together

Your environment stays private. The platform orchestrates models, tools and data, and keeps a record of every decision.

Click any component to see what it does.

A customer's private environment connects to the MechaMental platform through outbound-only Bridges. Inside the platform, Pipelines orchestrate the Model Gateway, Tools, Namespaces, Volumes, Environments and the AI Mesh Event Bus. People start work in Cortex Chat, scheduled actions start pipelines at set times, and customer applications trigger pipelines through the API and the event bus. What you can build

Start with the problem. Each group points to the components on the map that solve it.

Always-on agents and automation

Work that keeps happening when nobody is in a chat window.

  • Build agents that keep working between sessions. Event-driven, not polling.
  • Trigger pipelines from any system: webhooks, SIEM alerts, schedules, custom events.
  • Hand sub-tasks to sub-agents that cannot spawn their own, with a hard limit on tool-calling rounds. Nothing loops forever.
  • Schedule recurring intelligence: daily summaries, continuous monitoring, proactive alerts.

Secure connectivity. Reach anything.

Private networks, on-prem systems and internal APIs, without a single inbound rule.

  • Connect to private networks, on-prem systems and internal APIs without opening inbound firewall rules.
  • Run models on your own infrastructure, such as Ollama, reached through a Bridge so nothing leaves your network.
  • Execute code on your own machines with full control of the runtime.
  • Zero trust by construction: outbound-only connections, local allow-lists, and tokens you can revoke at any time.

Your own decisions API, on any model

Route, classify and triage at speed, on your infrastructure, with your data.

  • Route, classify and triage at speed using any model, including self-hosted.
  • Define the allowed answers as a schema and let the model choose one. Same pattern, your infrastructure, your data.
  • Chain a classification into deterministic steps. No ambiguity about what happens next.

An AI-native data layer

Files and records, searched the same way, remembered between runs.

  • Every file a space holds is indexed as it is written: uploads, what runs keep, documents. One search covers them all.
  • Collections that act as living intelligence databases: ingest, index, retrieve, update, with exact filters and semantic search.
  • Memory that accumulates across runs. No context loss between sessions.

Build without lock-in

Your models, your sandboxes, your workflows. Portable by design.

  • Bring your own model: Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure, Bedrock, Mistral, or self-hosted.
  • Bring your own sandbox: AIO, E2B, or your own runner with your own isolation.
  • Exact and semantic search built in. No separate vector database to run.
  • Blueprints: share and deploy entire AI workflows in one click.
